District councils in Malawi are proposing to the general public to inspect 2018 by-laws, some of which are associated with business.

Balaka District Council is proposing by-laws concerning Liquor licencing, Marketing and vending, opaque/traditional beer, peddlers and other non business related by-laws.

Likewise, Mulanje is reviewing its by-laws which are similar to Balaka’s. Residents in these districts are requested to take part in inspecting these by-laws before they are passed in parliament by their respective members of parliament.
