Following an elective Annual General Meeting for the Association of Business Journalists (ABJ), the newly elected National Coordinator is Vincent Khonyongwa, whose post was one of the many new structures in leadership

The AGM which was held at Nkopola Lodge in Mangochi, saw the following changes;

Enelles Nyale – Deputy National Coordinator

Secretary General – Gregory Gondwe

Deputy SG – Chikondi Manjawira

Treasurer – Wezzie Chamanza

ABJ was formed in 2007 to enhance and uphold the values of Business Journalism. Recently, the Malawi Revenue Authority (MRA) hailed the cordial relationship existing between the organisation and ABJ. According to MRA’s Head of Corporate Affairs, Steven Kapoloma, its relationship with ABJ dates years back and has enhanced the tax collection body’s sensitization campaigns on prevailing and new tax measures.
