The Spokesperson in the Office of the Vice-President, Pilirani Phiri, has confirmed that Vice-President Saulos Chilima is set to deliver a public lecture on mindset change, scheduled this Friday at the Bingu International Convention Centre (BICC) in Lilongwe.

“The lecture is on this Friday and it will focus on mindset change as a precursor to personal development, national development and smooth implementation of public sector reforms,” Phiri said.

On the down side, entry to the public lecture will be restricted as all Covid-19 preventive measures will be followed upon entry. For those that will not be able to make it to BICC, the lecture will be beamed on media stations such as Zodiak Broadcasting Station channels and Mibawa Television. There will also be a Q&A session after the lecture.
