Council of Southern Africa Football Associations (COSAFA) has detailed how Malawi will benefit from hosting the u-17 championship in July this year.

Among the outlined benefits, many interns would be hired for television production on television channels that have partnered with Cosafa.

Cosafa Deputy Secretary General, Suzgo Nyirenda revealed that the Malawi football authorities and all sectors should take advantage of the opportunity as all sectors will benefit.

Just to mention a few benefits, the Football Association of Malawi will be in authority for gate proceeds and ticket production. Should responsible sectors prepare accordingly, Malawi will benefit immensely.
