Using FDH WhatsApp Banking, Mukuru cash vouchers are now redeemable, as a partnership between FDH Money Bureau and Mukuru.

FDH Money Bureau Manager, Daniel Pinto, said that the innovation will ensure convenience for customers, as  money in either an FDH Wallet, Ufulu Digital Account or FDH Bank account, will be redeemable by dialing *525#or using FDH WhatsApp Banking.

“FDH is now breaking tradition, from the old ways of doing things to a digital way of transacting; No more waiting on the line, no need to travel long distances, no need to talk to our tellers, no need to spend money to redeem your money, no need to wait for our outlets to open or even rush to find them open before they close,” Pinto said.

On the other hand, a statement signed by the Board Chairman of FDH Bank, Arthur Oginga, the Chairman of the Finance and Audit Committee Dr. Ulemu Katunga and the Managing Director Dr. Ellias Ngalande, has announced that FDH Bank has posted a profit after tax of K7.846 billion for the financial year ending 31 December 2019.
