During FDH Group’s Machawi Awards, Fdh Bank has awarded its employee of the month, Pempho Khomba, as the Group CEO William Mpinganjira presented the award.

As perks of the award FDH Bank awarded Khomba with an all expenses paid trip to Dubai, where he has traveled with his spouse and they will spend $1000, courtesy of the bank.

The trip is a fulfillment of an announcement made in February this year, motivating its staff members to work hard and offer excellent service, promising the best employee an all expenses one week holiday in Dubai with their spouse. During the announcement, FDH Financial Holdings Head of Human Resources Chrispin Chikwama said the institution values the commitment and hard work of its staff members and engages in continuous recognition and rewards programs to honour its staff members.

In December 2019, FDH Financial Holdings Projects and Facilities Officer Mercy Mchacha emerged as the Employee of the Year. Mchacha is an architect and she creatively and effectively redesigned FDH House (Head Office). She was honored as Employee after her innovative idea that saw FDH House refurbished and space ably utilized. She went to Cape Town on an all-expenses paid for vacation with $1000 to spend.
