FDH Bank has warned against getting assistance at the banks auto teller machines (ATM). In a statement released by Management, the bank has urged customers not to ask for nor accept assistance from anyone who is not an FDH Bank staff.

The statement reads, “..kindly do not accept assistance at ATMs from anyone who is not an FDH Bank staff member. Should you require assistance from an FDH member of staff, your card, your card number, your security PIN and One-Time Password should remain private to you”.

The announcement has been made in an effort to protect customers from fraudsters, as the bank urges its customers not share their card, card number, security PIN and One-Time Password with anyone at the ATMs, or at any point in time.

FDH Bank has more than 90 ATMs all over Malawi.
