First Discount House has brought a smile to staff of Malamulo Hospital, as the bank’s Managing Director officiated the opening of renovated pediatric ward.

The bank had donated K15m for the refurbishment of the pediatrc ward ICU.

The development serves the hospital with much needed facilities, not to mention a child friendly facelift that was necessary for the young patients there.

Also present at the opening of the ward was Malamulo Hospital’s Medical Director, Dr Thomas who was thankful for the new pediatric ward.

Thyolo residents, represented by Traditional Authority Khwethemule, welcomed the development with joyousness and gratitude, as the hospital’s Chief Executive Officer shared the same remarks.
