The newly incorporated property ownership firm Icon Properties has announced its Initial Public Offering in December 2018 and the firm has announced the results of the IPO.

The total number of shares were 1.680bn, offered at a price of MWK14.7bn. All the shares were alloted, whilst MWK491,630 was refunded as the public applied for more shares than what the firm offered.

Since the firm’s Incorporation in June 2018, the public has been excited about the strides it has made in such a short while. More information on the shares will be listed on Malawi Stock Exchange on Monday, 21 January 2019.
