Local tech company Open Connect Limited (OCL) has partnered ICT Association of Malawi (Ictam), a union aimed at  disseminating ICT information to its members and the public.

The partnership follows after it has been observed that the general public must be in constant use of technology, especially amidst the coronavirus pandemic. During the signing ceremony of the agreement, Ictam president, Bram Fudzulani, outlined that partnership provides a platform where critical IT matters can be discussed and influence at a policy level.

On the other hand, OCL Chief Executive Officer, Sandile Dhlomo, outlined that Ictam is the perfect choice for partnership, as the association will help share story from an informed perspective for the benefit of Malawians.
