The Civil Society Agriculture Network has suggested agricultural incentivization in order to woe youths into the sector.

Cisanet Head of Programs Alfred Kambwiri lamented the lack of participation of youth in agriculture, by stating that the youth are the majority of the Malawian population.

Cisanet is on a project, funded by Oxfam, to raise awareness raising on the proposed National Agricultural Investment Plan (NAIP). The participation of youth in the sector would increase production and sales by whopping amounts.
