A company that is backing industrial hemp research and production, says it plans to invest $15 million (about K11 billion) in the crop’s first three years of its commercial production of industrial hemp-related products.
The company known as Invegrow Limited has already invested in a factory worth K738 million, which is has been announced to open for operations later in due this year.
As the above developments are in progress, the company has discovered markets in Europe, southern Africa,the European Union, America and China.
