The affairs and finances are controlled and directed by LASEC Group, the ultimate parent company, under the management of Albertino Besteiro. Policy, communication and day to day co—ordination are determined in conjunction with the senior management of each of the operating companies. The parent company is based in Kanengo which also provides some of the Groups technical support services.

In 2011 LASEC expanded once again and invested in IBR production machines. We are now one of the largest pre-fabricated IBR suppliers in the country.
