Mount View International Primary School and Early Years Centre is an established International Primary School and Early years Centre Founded in 1968 by the late Mrs. Sakker Sacranie who passionately believed the community needed and deserved an International school that combined quality education at an affordable cost. Our Early Years Centre follows the British Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum where the ‘Seven Areas of Learning’ are an integral part of each day. We follow the children’s interests and set themes and topics to stimulate excitement and enthusiasm. All children are valued as individuals and work at their own pace, with the support of knowledgeable Teachers and Teaching Assistants who are able to differentiate activities specifically tailored to the needs of each child. And our Primary section follows the UK Cambridge Curriculum which ensure high aspirations for all learners, through both a challenging and supportive approach. Our core purpose is to equip our children with the skills to continue their learning journey and achieve their own personal goals and aspirations. Our bespoke curriculum provides children with enriched knowledge of their local area whilst developing their confidence, self-esteem and resilience through lessons and experiences outside of the classroom. Mount View is situated in Maone Area, Limbe at a perfect and conducive learning environment, very spacious, well lit and ventilated classrooms with a recommended student teacher ratio.
