The recent spate in crimes within our City, especially in prominent residential areas, has left communities in distress for quite some time. Despite various efforts from the local authorities, law enforcers, private security companies, we have been unable to curb these criminal activities due to various reasons, such as lack of resources, cooperation or even mere ignorance.
 
It’s high time some serious action is taken. Communities need to work together, and get involved. There is no doubt that security has been at the bottom of all our priorities for a long time now.
   
Current Scenario  

A serious lapse in security in our Residential Areas  – Delayed Response time from existing security companies, as most of the time the vehicles are overloaded with having to cover many locations – The quality of security guards is very poor – No cooperation from the community – Exorbitant prices for dedicated security solutions from private security companies, i.e: Alarm systems, Security Guards, etc – Poor Response time from Police due to lack of resources
Looking at the above, it is clear that the only way to counter the above points is to reintroduce the ‘neighborhood watch’ program. This is the only way to reinforce overall security. However the only problem is that the conventional “neighborhood watch program” requires a lot of commitment from the residents of that particular neighborhood.  

In all honesty, this idea in itself is a non-starter. This is where we come in,

Our Proposal

Each residential area will appoint a security committee consisting of 5-6 members, who will be responsible for taking important decisions on behalf of the community, such as raising funds for constructing police unit, guarding stations, security barriers within the residential area, or convincing empty plot owners to construct perimeter fencing, as well as work closely with us on any security matters.  

We operate 2 shifts from 6am – 6pm & 6pm – 6am. A dedicated vehicle equipped with 4 x private Security Troopers, 2 x armed policemen, and a Crew Commander. This vehicle will patrol your area; the Crew Commander is responsible for controlling the vehicle, responding to emergencies, liaising with the residents, and ensuring that each shift operates smoothly.
 
Each vehicle ha 2 phone numbers for the response unit, as well as wireless radios for ease of communication. Each house that is a member will be clearly marked.
This mobile unit is mandated to question/ interrogate any suspicious pedestrians loitering around the area or stop & question any suspicious vehicles.

The unit will be on call 24hrs a day, and members can feel free to request the vehicle to patrol their residence if they are suspicious or in doubt, or request for special consideration to your premises if you are out of town, at no extra cost, ensuring you the peace of mind that you deserve.

We will also go the extra mile, to assess the entire boundary of the area and put in control measures to prevent criminals from taking advantage of such areas, such as; behind the back walls, empty plots, and access roads coming in and out of the residential area.
