Malawi is implementing an initiative dubbed Malawi Digital Foundations Project which is will will mordernise government operations, enable citizens to access public services as well as information online.
Minister of Information and Communications Technology Henry Mussa said the project will expand Malawi’s access to the Internet by making it affordable, reliable and available in all parts of the country.
Stakeholders of the project include the Public Private Partnership Commission (PPPC) and the Malawi Communications Regulatory Authority (Macra) is expected to be completed by 2022.
