The African Institute for Corporate Citizenship (AICC) has been awarded as the best Small and Medium Enterprise (SME), an accolade by the Malawi Confederation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (MCCCI).

MCCCI recently organized an SME Expo, where the Best Exhibitor Award was scooped by AICC, received by Nyembezi Lungu who is AICC’s Agribusiness Acceleration Initiative Project Manager, who said the award was a motivation for hard work. “We don’t take this award for granted. Our agribusiness acceleration project wants to help SMEs to grow and excel. This award makes us believe that as we are able to see our impact on the initiatives that we undertake.” said Lungu.

MCCCI President, Prince Kapondamgaga, said that the expo was organised to maximise SMEs visibility.
