Mibawa Television is now available on DStv channel 298 on Access, Family, Compact, Compact Plus and Premium packages, as Mibawa Television Managing Director, John Nthakomwa said the partnership will give Malawian talent and local producers an opportunity to express themselves and grow their potential on a bigger platform.

On the other hand, Multichoice Malawi Managing Director, Gus Banda outlined that Mibawa Television joins DStv’s growing channel line-up of local channels as part of our continued effort offer more choice and more value to our customers.

Recently, during a visit to Multichoice Malawi offices in Blantyre, the minister of information Gospel Kazako called on the company to revise subscription fees and bouquets . “We would want as many people as possible to access good television but the challenge is how much they pay.” said Kazako.
