The Mpamba mobile money service by TNM, has evolved into a sole mobile transaction means by customers, so says TNM’s head of Mpamba Chikhulupiliro Mphatso.

He noted that the service went from just transering money to paying utility bills and even ATM withdrawals. With the service partnering with various banks for transactions between mpamba and bank accounts, the innovation serves customers regardless of distance and time.

Mphatso added that Mpamba is now able to transact with Airtel Money; a development that has been appreciated especially by customers that belong to one network.

Mpamba was introduced in 2013 and has truly served TNM customers with utmost convenience. The service has persevered through fraudsters who scam customers; TNM assured that strong measures are being taken to rid of the problem.
