For subscribers to easily find installers, Multichoice Malawi has launched an application called Eco-system.

MultiChoice Malawi Marketing Manager Chimwemwe Nyirenda said that the Eco-system application will provide ease in finding an installer, scheduling and ensuring that a job is well done the first time, adding guarantee a six-month warranty.

The initiative has been praised as its main aim is to provide subscribers with accredited installers. “We adviseour customers to refrain from using unaccredited installers whenever they want to set their kit, as this newly launched ecosystem is an easy, fast, reliable and engaging set-up.” said Nyirenda.
