The Immigration and Citizenship Services has announced that its services will digitalise its payments and application services to ease access with users.
Prior to the development, people queued at the the immigration offices for at least 2 hours each, depending on the process they were going for. Hence the development will ease operations at the offices and services will not be confined to the walls of the offices.
The Department’s National Public Relations Officer Joseph Chauwa expressed that the development has been in the works for a long time. True enough, it the immigration website had digital application options, which are yet to be officially launched by March.
