From 7th to 9th December will be the Malawi/Zimbabwe Joint Permanent Commission of Cooperation (JPCC), marking its 10th session and hosted in Harare, Zimbabwe.
The objective of the JPCC is to review progress achieved in the implementation of the decision and commitments agreed upon by the two Governments in the previous sessions. The forum will also provide an opportunity for the two countries to enter into new areas of cooperation.
In preparation for the meeting, the Ministry of Trade requested feedback from the private sector on the challenges that it is facing when trading with Zimbabwe. The Ministry intends to present these challenges at the upcoming JPCC for further discussions.
