The Institute of People Management Malawi (IPMM) conducted a workshop in Mzuzu; an initiative that tutored 60 managers about labor laws.

The two-day workshop had participants from various companies and organizations across the country. IPMM President Michael Ndaferankhande said that that his firm’s goal is to establish a work environment that is guided by labor laws. “…if that happens you will notice that issues will be resolved amicably, with a few cases going to court”
