30% of the awards from the Media Institute of Southern Africa (Misa) went to Nation Publications Limited (NPL). NPL celebrated its second consecutive win as Print Media House of the Year.
Awarded as Best Electronic Media House-Online for its online platform (www.mwnation.com), NPL reporters shared 12 individual media awards as two of them scooped 2 awards each, meaning that NPL got 30% of the accolades that were handed that night.
NPL’s head of sale and marketing McDonald Kadewa attributed the win was a vote of confidence in the institution, while stating that the win demonstrates team effort and mentoring processes. “We will not stop here, we will endeavour to do more so that we continue giving our readers the best” he said.
