National Bank of Malawi (NBM) has addressed that the Mo626 is currently down, as the bank’s technical team is working diligently on solving the problem. In a statement released by the bank’s Management, the bank has revealed of an app which will carry out the Mo626 services.
The statement reads “Customers are therefore encouraged to use Mo626 Digital+ platform which is up and running”. Management has also urged customers that are not yet on Mo626 Digital+ to register through the app, which is available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
