A National Bank of Malawi customer will no longer have to insert their ATM several times to withdraw more than K300,000; now the atm card will be inserted once,

“The ATM will ask the customer if there is need for another withdrawal, so the customer will punch in K80,000 until their desired amount is withdrawn” said Annie Magola, Corporate Affairs Manager for NBM.  

New features in the ATM include cash release before the card, after observing that the vice versa had customers forget their ATM cards after getting their cash.

More improvements have been implemented on the NBM’s ATMs to serve customers conveniently.
