National Bank of Malawi (NBM) plc has upgraded its internet banking platform, with new features such as self-registration and self-password reset modules, an improved user interface and improved security.
NBM Head of Cards and e-Banking, William Kaunda, said the upgraded version dubbed Banknet360 has a corporate portal which has super user features that enable corporate institutions to manage all sub-users without involving the bank. “The advanced user access matrix provides more flexibility when assigning levels of access to the platform for the various Institutions including authorisation levels and bulk payment feature,” Kaunda said.
