At a ceremony held on Friday at its offices in Blantyre, Nico Life honored long serving staff, namely NICO Life Chief Executive Office, Eric Chapola and NICO Life Human Resource Manager Lawrence Kaulembe.

Chapola described his 15 years at the firm as a journey of many lessons. “Any journey has its problems. What is important is for you to look forward and handle the problems.” On the other hand, Kaulembe has been with the firm for 10 years.

Also earlier this year, Nico Life Insurance awarded its outstanding staff. Three of the long serving consultants were awarded for their exceptional performances as their CEO, Eric Chapola acknowledged their dedication to the growth of the company in 2018. The exceptional sales executives were then given recognition in the various categories they emerged victorious in as per the list below and all recipients got a certificate and cheque.
