In response to the recent floods that have affected most parts of Malawi, Old Mutual Malawi handed over various items worth K10 million to Department of Disaster Management Affairs (Dodma).
The donated items include maize flour, sugar, soya pieces, cooking oil, Likuni phala and dried fish.
Old Mutual Chief Executive Officer, Edith Jiya said the donation was helping alleviate the suffering of the affected families. Minister of Homeland Security, Nicholas Dausi, commended Old Mutual for the relief, urging other corporate entities to follow the good examples.
