A new company aimed at whistle-blowing matters of fraud. Corruption and money laundering, has been launched and has committed to work closely with the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB).
The company, called Tip Wink, is a subsidiary of Fletcher and Evance as the firm’s Head of Forensic and Investigations, Handsome M’bwana, outlined that the firm is born out of the need to build a culture that fights corruption. M’bwana also outlined that the firm will investigate and report crimes from both the private and public sector.
Present during the launch was the ACB Director General , Reyneck Matemba, who called on the new firm to to ensure that the identity of whistle-blowers is protected, to encourage more people to report on fraud related cases.
