Seedco Malawi interacted with transporters, agro dealers and distributors to discuss the matters concerning the seeds that the company produces. Also engaging with them was the Managing Director for Seedco Malawi, Boyd Luwe, who urged the agro-dealers to take note of issues farmers face when using the seeds.
The Commercial Director of Seedco Malawi Raphael Chirwa revealed that the company discussed ways of improving their relationship with distributors. “We shared information such as how best they can store or keep seeds and to know how best they can make money as distributors,” he said.
Seed Co is the leading certified seed company authorized to market seed varieties developed by itself, government and other associated seed breeders in over fifteen (15) African countries. Diverse in its products, the Company is involved in the breeding, multiplication and distribution of mainly hybrid seed varieties for the following crops: maize, wheat, soya beans, sugar beans, cowpeas, sorghum, groundnuts and vegetables.
