The Competition and Fair Trading Commission (CFTC) has advised customers to seek consumer justice when they are aggrieved.

CFTC director of competition Richard Chiputula said this in response to 100 consumer rights violations received by the board;m a development that was pleasing, but he encouraged customers to keep bringing in such reports.

CFTC was conducting a business clinic for Nkhotakota District Council, where customers were urged to ask for receipt upon purchase, among other customer rights.
