Senrendib Investments has invested K8.5 billion in a chain of 6 hotels in Blantyre, Mangochi and Salima.

Serendib Business Development Manager Edmond Nachamba-Phiri remarked that the development is torevolutionise the hospitality industry in Malawi.

Serendib already has outstanding facilities in Blantyre, namely the Lotus Hotel and the Heritage Hotel, not to mention the Serendib Suites and Conference Centre. Salima is also graced with the Serendib experience, as the Blue Waters Resort and the Kambiri Lodge Resort are located there to provide a memorable experience to customers.

In Mangochi, Zaburi Beach Resort adds an exotic touch as it is on the shores of Lake Malawi, to which Nachamba-Phiri described as good for social gatherings, wedding receptions and corporate functions.
