Skyband Corporation Limited has announced a name change with effect from 15 June 2020, changing to inq. Digital Limited.

According to a notice by the firm, the name change will not affect the address of the registered office, VAT number, bank account numbers, telephone numbers and fax numbers. “The company’s scope of business remains unchanged” says part of the notice by Skyband, “The change of Skyband’s commercial business name does not affect our rights and obligations with regard to pre-existing contracts, our business partners or customers”.

With over 14 years of experience in the Internet Service sector, Skyband has evolved from a dial-up ISP in 2000 to the Market Leader in the Communications & Internet Service provision sector in Malawi. Following the name change from 15 June, all business correspondence, invoices, orders, contracts and negotiations will be conducted under the name inq. Digital Limited.
