Standard Bank plc has revealed that it is amidst bettering its business online services. The upgrade specifically involves adding virtual self-service functions for customers.
The development has been confirmed in a statement by the bank, as its Head of Transactional Products and services, Innocent Chithenga said the new initiative would help customers update their information online. The report reads, “We consider it our core responsibility to continuously enhance our customers’ experience on business online and other electrical channels” said Chithenga.
Recently, Standard Bank launched a toastmasters club in an effort to enhance staff leadership skills. The bank’s Chief Executive Officer William Le Roux said that the initiative was to inspire and motivate its member. With the improvement on online services and staff relationships, 2019 will be a good year for Malawi’s old bank.
