Figures on the Malawi Stock Market have portrayed a setback in the second week of July, from 08/7/2019- 12/7/2019.

Alliance Stockbrokers Limited has shown its weekly stock report that market activity was slow in the week under review with total traded share value of MK 26 million from MK307 million with 2 557 120 shares traded in the previous week.

“MASI slightly dropped by 0.01% and closed at 29 953.83.” reads the report, “This is due to a share price drop of 0.06% of TNM closing at MK28.98. This also led to a 0.01% drop in the DSI while the FSI remained at 4 520.31 points.
