DMI-St John Baptist University hosted a two-day entrepreneurship workshop at Mangochi campus held under the theme ‘innovation; Catalyst of Job Creation’.

The Guest Facilitator for the workshop, Chifuniro Kandaya who is the Branch Manager for The Marketing Minds, acclaimed the workshop as timely because of the youthful population who were trained to convert dormant resources into economic opportunities using sustainable enterprise principles.

The students were grateful for the enlightening experience as they have been taught how to create jobs for themselves instead of dependence syndrome. DMI-St John Baptist University also urged the government to promote innovation as a catalyst for economic development.
