The newly constructed Soche International Conference Centre is set to launch in October this year, as revealed by Sunbird Tourism Limited (STL) CEO Yusuf Olela, who said that the K2.1 billion conference centre is a game changer for customer experience and events at Sunbird Mount Soche Hotel.
On the other hand, STL Group Sales and Marketing Manager, Temwa Kanjadza announced that the new structure is already being booked under discount rates, which will be on offer until 30th September.
Last year, during Mount Soche’s bookers cocktail, Sunbird’s Front Office Manager Joshua Shaba said the new conference room was a development in response to the bookers. “Hearing your cry that Njamba Hall is not spacious enough to hold your functions, we are constructing a new conference room that will take a minimum of 500 people” said Shaba, exciting various company representatives that were present.
The new conference room is an 800-seater facility, comprising of a five-language interpretation solution, aimed to strategically position Sunbird Mount Soche as the leading hospitality provider for large-scale conference and entertainment events.
