During at a cocktail organised to appreciate Sunbird hotel chain’s bookers at Mount Soche Hotel in Blantyre, the hotel’s marketing manager Temwa Kanjadza, promised the loyal customers that the year ahead will see the best delivery.
“Sunbird has been on the market for so long and we feel we have matured and can borrow expertise in terms of service delivery and offer the best hospitality. The feedback we are getting from our customers is also key for us as this gives us room to improve and serve them better,” she said.
Looking back on the past year, Kanjadza outlined that the company has achieved milestones in bettering the services of the hotel chain, notably renovations and upgrading of rooms at Sunbird Lilongwe, working on new conference facilities at Sunbird Mount Soche in Blantyre which was unveiled in October. “Also, the construction of a heated pool at Sunbird Ku Chawe in Zomba and unveiling of new rooms at Sunbird Livingstonia Beach in Salima last year.” said Kanjadza.
Sunbird’s footprint is established all over Malawi, namely Sunbird Lilongwe, Sunbird Capital, Sunbird Mount Soche, Sunbird Mzuzu, Sunbird Nkopola, Sunbird Livingstonia, Sunbird Ku Chawe, Sunbird Thawale inside Majete Wildlife Reserve in Chikwawa and Sunbird Kara O Mula in Mulanje.
