Sunbird Tourism plc donated K5 million in relief items to flood victims in Chikwawa and Nsanje.

The items donated are sugar, bed sheets, maize flour, sheets and duvets.

Sunbird Tourism Chief Executive Officer Yusuf Olela said the donation will help to reach out to some families that have been affected by the recent cyclone Idai.

The Department of Disaster Management Affairs (Dodma) secretary and Commissioner Wilson Moleni thanked the Hotel for the support.
