During a leadership workshop organised by Sycamore Consult Limited, the firm’s founder, Audrey Mwala, advised business leaders to embrace new skills to remain relevant.

“We are in a new era and environment where the landscape for doing business is totally different. A lot of businesses have stagnated, some are just defending their positions, some are downsizing or closing and is because the leadership styles have not changed” Mwala said. The attendees of the workshop were also advised to adapt to changes in the operating environment if their businesses are to survive and remain relevant.
