TNM plc has launched the TNM Graduate Development Program which aims at providing openings for internship aiming to orient fresh graduates in various aspects of the telecommunications business—from engineering, IT and innovation, finance and business management.
During the launch of TNM Graduate Development Programme and Career Fair in Blantyre on Friday, TNM Chief Executive Officer Michel Buitelaar said the program will contribute towards the reduction of unemployment levels among fresh graduates. “The roles we envisage for these top talents will predominantly be in ‘analytics spheres’ across different departments in the TNM business,” he said.
Present at the launch was Ministry of Labour, Skills and Innovation senior deputy secretary, Willy Kamanga who remarked that the program is significant to the government as it is also aiming at reducing the levels of unemployment.
