A statement by Ulendo Airlink has said that to avoid the spread of the coronavirus, the company it has suspended its flight services until further notice.
As for passengers that had already booked, it was announced that an arrangement has been put in place. “Passengers holding confirmed flights with Ulendo Airlink will be contacted directly and ticketed itineraries refunded in accordance with our terms and conditions, including special dispensations for cancellations caused by Covid-19,” reads the statement.
While the flights are suspended, Ulendo Airlink Chief Executive Officer, Rob McConaghy, said operations of the Ulendo Corporate Travel, Tours and Safaris teams will continue. “We will re-assess the situation as it develops and look forward to resuming flight services as restrictions are lifted and the global community is once again free to safely enjoy the wonders of travel,” McConaghy said.
