Salima will be home to a 5 star lakefront project that will change Malawi’s holiday experience.

The project is set to have international amenities and facilities including three restaurants, spa, beach club, gym and massive conference facilities.

The project is headed by Oroma and New Nordic Sales. New Nordic Sales is a property and development company with the aim to develop family friendly holiday villages across Asia. The company has recently taken interest in Africa, as a similar lake view project is being implemented in Entebbe, Uganda.
