Government has urged youths in the country to venture into entrepreneurship following the alarming unemployment rate.
Speaking in an interview with Newsline minister of labour, youth, sports and manpower development Francis Kasaila said young people should venture into business to be self reliant.
According to Kasaila the unemployment rate among the youth is very high and that entrepreneurship skills would help them sail through the economic hardships.
Kasaila said government remains committed to improving young peoples’ welfare by among others lining youth oriented programs.
