World Vision Malawi donated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other materials worth K4 million, to Ntcheu District Health Office in response to the fight against the spread of Covid-19 in the district.
The items, worth four Million Kwacha, include; handwashing water buckets, sanitizers, gloves, masks and soap among others. The organization’s District Programme Manager for Ntcheu and Balaka, Limbani Gondwe says besides the donation, they have also oriented 135 health workers from four facilities of Kasinje, Ntonda, Sharpevale and Kapeni respectively.
In similar news, NBS Bank also donated various personal protective equipment (PPEs) for Blantyre Health Office (DHO) health workers presented by Head of Corporate & Institutional Banking, Alfred Nhlema.
