During a meeting with stakeholders from the southern region, World Vision Malawi (WVM) country director Hazel Nyathi has outlined that projects in the region have made strides and people’s lives are improving.
Nyathi cited the Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Program [Wash] as it has seen improved sanitation in the region. On the other hand she cited the Child Report’s success despite some challenges like security and protection of vulnerable children.
WVM is currently implementing various projects in Mangochi, Balaka, Mulanje, Neno, Chikwawa, among other districts in the Southern Region, as Chiraduzulu District Commissioner ReighardChavula said there is good coordination between the council and the organisation.
